The Company founder, Mr. Nasim Mohammad, incorporated Niaz Arbaaz (Pvt.) Limited in 2005. The objective for the establishment of this company is to carry out diversified businesses and to become a corporate leader in:
a. Real Estate Developments, Malls, Hotels and other allied businesses;
Mr. Nasim Mohammad President of Niaz Arbaaz (pvt) Limited is involved in Real Estate, property and infrastructure development in Europe, North America and Middle East. Mr. Nasim Mohammad is 2nd Generation UK based Pakistani business man.

Moving to the Future
Niaz Arbaaz (pvt) Limited shall be undertaking to construct a combined of Luxury / fully Serviced, Residential accommodation comprising of variable bed rooms choices, at its rear car park, on the land measuring 7 Kanals , or there about.
The Company shall undertake to review its Plans from August/September 2017, and after necessary approvals, and finalization of Design development, commence construction by 1st quarter of 2018, InshaAllah.
